Sacred Sound Healing on Winter Solstice (Kingston, NY - Local)

For the first time since the pandemic began, we are opening our doors and our hearts again to gather in person for a Sacred Sound Healing on Winter's Solstice 2022! Winter Solstice is a day of deep power and has been revered by indigenous cultures all around the world, temples, monuments and sacred sites have been designed and built to highlight the Winter Solstice's rebirth of the Sun.  Lie back and allow your body and nervous system to completely relax as the crystalline sounds of the singing bowls carry your mind and spirit on a journey of self healing.   Set your intentions with the family of light for releasing the old/past energies with the longest night and bring in the new empowering, expanding energies of the New Year's Solar Return.   Sound scapes of the crystal bowls, rain stick, rattles, blended with channeled healing tones from the Family of Light work to release energy blocks and infuse high frequencies of empowerment, forgiveness, love and support.  We are excited to welcome you into our home for this special event.
